Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end close process, review financial statements and perform variance analysis.
- Oversee and actively support accounting operations and inventory-related transactions.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare and record accruals and maintain cash flow forecasts.
- Manage fixed assets and lease accounting, ensuring proper treatment under GAAP (including lease accounting), and oversee inventory accuracy and related accounting.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits & ensure compliance.
- Strengthen internal controls and proactively identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in supervising and developing accounting team members.
- Misc. other tasks, duties and projects as needed
