Location & Work Type Location: Jacksonville, FL Work Type: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Own and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Manage subscription revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 (SaaS -specific) Prepare journal entries and complete balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with GAAP Maintain general ledger integrity, including account and invoice reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation and processes Assist with external audits and support regulatory reporting requirements Provide support for annual financial statement audits, ad hoc analyses, and revenue-related projects Preferred Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
