In this position, you focus exclusively on candidate engagement and the full recruitment lifecycle, supported by hands‑on training from experienced team members. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your accounting and finance expertise in a people‑focused, rewarding career path.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage accounting and finance professionals at all experience levels.Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship management.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate technical skills, work history, and career goals.Align candidate strengths with client role requirements to ensure strong mutual fit.Prepare candidates for interviews by providing tailored coaching and process guidance.Facilitate structured post‑interview debriefs to gather feedback and support next steps.Build a professional network and contribute to branding efforts including content and campaigns.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting.3+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, or a mix of public and corporate accounting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships.Passion for helping others and supporting career development.Confidence, curiosity, and eagerness to learn a new discipline.PreferredCPA certification or active pursuit of CPA licensure.Why Taylor White Is a Great Place to WorkWe're people‑first.
