Our goal is to provide superior property management services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help us properly maintain payable information. In addition to competitive benefits and compensation programs, Kenrick Corporation offers growth, development, and opportunities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Participate as a key member of the financial operations team to deliver exceptional servicesProcess accounts payable invoices and deposits for all client propertiesAssist in monitoring the formal, monthly financial statements of client propertiesFollow standard procedures to collect delinquent accountsContinuously track budgets and spending habits of propertiesAssist in preparing formal monthly financial statements for client boardsQualifications and Education:BA/BS degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experienceUnderstanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping, and accountingExperience working with Microsoft Excel, and Word is necessaryHigh degree of accuracyStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are necessaryEffective communication skillsAbility to consistently meet all deadlinesWillingness to develop and grow with the business
