Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8*5.
Location: Boston, MA (02215)
Job Type: Local Contract Contract Length: 3 months (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range: $20 - $23 an hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls and provide general administrative support
- Support providers and clinical staff with daily office needs
Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- License(s): N/A
- Certification(s): N/A
- Years of experience: Must have 2 years of experience with front desk and patient facing customer service.
- Urgent care experience or clinic experience required.
- Skills/Specialties/Technology: Must have EPIC experience.
