OVERVIEW

This position works closely with the Executive Assistant and the Senior Management Team and provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks which are to be done in an organized and efficient manner. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists Vice President of Business Administration and the Campus Administrative Coordinator with a variety of duties
  • Answer telephone and takes message, transfers to voice mail or provides callers with appropriate information.
  • May assist with other related clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Coordinates materials, conference room space, reservations and lunches for training and recruiting meetings
  • Campus administration to include stocking kitchens and validating the offices are in order
  • Supply ordering for the campus and for branch locations across the country
  • Create and Develop Employee Appreciation Initiatives
  • Assists with onboarding new employees in the Administration Department

  • Able to work collectively with all partners at all levels
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

  • Professional in appearance and behaviors
  • Works quickly with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Business acumen with a strong sense of urgency and ability to anticipate needs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
