We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Benefits and Compensation team at a financial services firm in Des Peres, MO. This role is essential in keeping operations organized and efficient by supporting benefits inquiries and managing administrative tasks in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is service-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Des Peres, MO (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start between 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM, End between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 10/06/2025 - 12/31/2025
Pay Rate: Up to $18/hr

Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiry emails and/or ServiceNow inbox for routine questions.

  • Provide administrative support to the Benefits Team, including data entry, communication, and documentation.

  • Assist in the dissemination of regularly scheduled reporting.

  • Answer and direct inquiries professionally via phone and email.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

  • Coordinate meeting scheduling, correspondence, and supply orders.

  • Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.

  • Support the team's benefit service partnership activities.

  • Ensure high attention to detail with time-sensitive and confidential material.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role (preferred).

  • Background in benefits administration or call center/customer service highly preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Writer).

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced setting.

  • High level of organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
