    ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant-1 in Mesa, Arizona.

    What you'll do:

    The Administrative Assistant helps to maintain property operations and to attract and serve guests and residents.

    Your job will include:

    • Promote a positive resident/guest experience by building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and contributing to a welcoming, service-oriented community culture.

    • Act as a liaison between residents and various departments, helping resolve concerns while providing excellent customer service. Escalating issues when appropriate.

    • Support Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and special projects. Maintain open communications and assist Facilities Director and General Manager

    • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting multiple departments and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Willingness to cross train with other positions and filling in when needed.

    • Assist with conflict resolution by professionally helping resolve issues while providing exceptional customer service.

    • Spearhead seasonal rentals, stocking, bookings, payment processing, arrivals, departures, and occupancy tracking.

    • Process general office paperwork accurately and efficiently.

    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, vendor access, and calendars for front office team.

    • Help monitor compliance with community rules and regulations.

    • Run errands, including delivering various communications to guests or residents, as needed.

    • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Experience & skills you need:

    • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.

    • 1+ year of office experience.

    • Strong communications and organizational skills.

    • Meticulous attention to detail.

    • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Office Suite.
