Overview
Brothers Flooring Services is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused administrative assistant to support our office and showroom operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Monitor and respond to company emails in a timely manner.
Schedule appointment and showroom visits
Create, organize, and maintain customer files, project folders and office records.
Prepare, print, scan and distribute invoices, proposals, and any other documents.
Manage filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
Assist management with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Project & Vendor Coordination
Order and track materials for ongoing projects.
Obtain delivery updates.
Office & Showroom Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
Support daily office operations and team needs.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
