- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with filing systems, inventory tracking, and office administration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Answer telephone calls, assist walk-in visitors, and provide information and referrals.
- Prepare and arrange mailings via UPS/FedEx.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, mailings, and special projects.
- Distribute inter-office and Director's mail.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling fiscal responsibilities.
- File and archive organizational documents and records.
- Track office supply inventory using spreadsheets.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, obtain vendor quotes, and coordinate office supply orders.
- Cross-reference deliveries with purchase requisitions and distribute supplies to appropriate staff.
- Maintain office equipment service contracts and coordinate service calls.
- Review service billing for accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly Commission Meetings.
- Transcribe meeting minutes from recorded files and upload them to electronic folders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Fiscal Manager.
