Administrative Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in
Boston, MA.
Job Details:
Schedule: 7 am - 3:30 weekend Requirement: one Saturday during the assignment.
Location: Boston, MA 02118Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 3 months + possible extension
Pay Range: $22/hr. - $24/hr. on w2*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Enter and update patient demographics, insurance information, medical records, and appointment details into hospital databases and EHR/EMR systems.
- Verify patient information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entering or updating records.
- Process and maintain high volumes of healthcare data while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
- Review and enter insurance eligibility, authorization, referral, and claims-related information.
- Scan, upload, index, and electronically file patient documents and medical records.
