Duties and Responsibilities: • Audit payroll and scheduling activities to ensure adherence to guidelines. • Analyze scheduling data to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements. • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management. • Collaborate with scheduling, payroll, operations, and dispatch teams to address identified issues. • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to payroll and scheduling. • Assist in developing and updating payroll, operations, and scheduling procedures. • Maintain records of audits and follow up on corrective actions. • Reviewing and Approving/Rejecting Reports in various monitoring systems. • Scheduling training Skills: • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Effective communication and report-writing skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Understanding of payroll, data entry, and scheduling processes. Education and Training Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Experience Required: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, dispatching, or scheduling operations. Physical Demands: • Ability to sit for extended periods. • Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 10 pounds. Work Environment: • Office setting with standard office equipment. • May require occasional travel to other company locations. |
