Platform Sports Bar & Restaurant in Charlotte is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support daily operations across management, human resources, and community engagement. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and juggling a variety of projects.


Responsibilities include:


  • Assist with new hire onboarding, employee paperwork, and personnel records.
  • Maintain management and event calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate reminders.
  • Update company website content and job postings.
  • Create engaging social media content and assist with marketing and community or promotional campaigns.
  • Support planning and execution of restaurant events and private functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed.
Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Experience in marketing, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
  • Availability for approximately 15–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
