As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support team, assisting senior management and ensuring smooth daily operations. What's the Job?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior technology executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive-level discussions.
  • Organize and facilitate recurring meetings such as town halls, all-hands sessions, and off-site events.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for in-person meetings and special events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive-level management, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
