Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis is looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Development team. If you love keeping things running smoothly, enjoy juggling a mix of tasks, and want your work to make a real impact in your community, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Support a passionate team by preparing reports, meeting materials, and correspondence that help keep our mission moving forward.
- Put your creative touch to work by designing graphics and marketing materials that tell JA’s story and inspire donors.
- Coordinate meetings, send reminders, and help keep everyone on track (your organization skills will shine here!).
- Assist in searching for new grants and funding opportunities that fuel our programs.
- Help manage donor data, generate reports, and prepare outreach materials like donation mailings.
- Jump in wherever needed—every day brings something new!
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Computer whiz with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Experience with BCRM is a plus.
- Associate degree preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are just as valuable.
