CYB Human Resources is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant<\/b> to provide executive and operational support to our Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys anticipating needs, creating order, and ensuring the day -to -day operations of a growing business run smoothly.
<\/p>
You'll play a critical role in supporting executive priorities by managing calendars, coordinating communications, organizing documentation, tracking projects, and improving internal workflows. You'll also collaborate closely with our Sales Coordinator / Sales Enablement Specialist to ensure both client -facing and internal operations remain efficient and organized.

The Administrative Assistant<\/b> provides executive and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer while helping maintain the internal systems and processes that keep the organization operating efficiently.
<\/p>
This position is responsible for executive calendar management, inbox organization, meeting coordination, documentation, project tracking, digital organization, workflow coordination, and general administrative support.
<\/p>
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail -oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
<\/p>
This role works closely with the Sales Coordinator / Sales Enablement Specialist<\/b> to ensure seamless coordination across executive priorities, sales support, and daily business operations.
