Shift Length: 8-hour day
Shift Time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (administrative coverage noted as 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support front desk and administrative operations in a healthcare setting, serving as a key point of contact for patients and internal staff. This role requires strong customer service, administrative skills, and experience working in fast-paced clinical or call center environments, with direct use of EPIC systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front desk support, including greeting patients and managing administrative workflows.
Deliver high-quality customer service in person and via phone.
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
Utilize EPIC systems for patient and administrative processing.
Support daily office operations in accordance with healthcare and organizational policies.
Comply with submission and onboarding requirements, including completion of the required BILH coversheet.
Required Experience
Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles.
EPIC system experience (required).
Strong customer service and administrative skill set.
Eligibility requirement: candidates must have been separated for at least 6 months from any prior employment with the organization (permanent, per diem, or contract).
Nice-to-Have Experience
Previous call center experience.
Experience working in a healthcare or clinical office environment.
