- Assists with SCLA Onsite Customer Meetings:
- Procure meeting room(s)
- Arrange catering
- Ensure AV support is arranged (work with IT team) for connection during the meeting
- Assist with on-site logistics (greeting; pre-made badges, parking, signage, facilities requests)
- Reserve private dining venue(s) outside of AMAT if required.
- Procure room, arrange wine & gift
