Processing and investigating A/P and A/R including bad debts Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, protoyptes, etc.) as needed Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc. Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc. Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts Select payroll processing duties Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures Qualifications What you'll need to succeed: BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana Microsoft Office fluency - especially Excel Experience with Hyperion financial reporting Minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance role; preferably in manufacturing industry Benefits Comprehensive benefits plan choices Plant bonus opportunity Clean, climate controlled facility Vacation time provided at hire * Benefits eligibility at hire AI Readiness: Textron expects employees to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
