Vehicle Accounting Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and post journal entries and support daily transactional accounting
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
- Help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain organization and efficiency within the accounting department
- Support leadership with reliable data to drive business decisions
- Work closely with the Controller to develop your accounting skills
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 1+ year of accounting experience or relevant internship (required)
- Familiarity with general ledger systems
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and on a team
- Requires extreme precision and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
