Banquet Server

Pay: $17 - $25 per hour, paid weekly. Schedule: Flexible. Pick up shifts at premium hotels, banquet venues, weddings, galas, and corporate events. Employment type: W-2 part-time. Location: Jacksonville, FL and surrounding venues.

About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium banquets, weddings, galas, conventions, and corporate events at hotels and venues across Northeast Florida. We need professional Banquet Servers who show up ready, serve to standard, and represent our Gold Shield certification.

What you do on a shift

• Set up dining service before guests arrive
• Serve plated meals and buffet to TWF service standards
• Maintain tableware, refill water, clear courses
• Coordinate with the Banquet Captain on the floor
• Break down service at end of event

What we need from you

• At least 6 months of banquet, restaurant, or hospitality service experience
• Black-and-white uniform compliant attire (we will detail this on hire)
• Reliable transportation to events
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 6-8 hours
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (when most events happen)
• E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
