The Opportunity
This is a Greenfield role — no territory restrictions, build your own book of business. We’re seeking experienced sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and want to grow into partnership and equity.

Pay is Commission Only

• Earn up to 40% of GP per placement at your clients

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships

• Negotiate and secure staffing agreements

• Partner with recruiters to deliver on client needs

• Drive revenue growth and track performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Sales, BDM, or similar

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Preference for individuals with an existing book of business
