Position Details

Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite; no remote work)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

 

What You’ll Do

  • New Business Development – Identify, engage, and secure new clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation – Research and pursue new business leads and opportunities.
  • Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Process Management – Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve Results – Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.

 

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ambitious and self-driven with a passion for growth.
  • Exceptional communication & persuasion skills to connect with clients.
  • Problem-solver who can proactively address customer needs.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate while managing individual responsibilities.

 

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent sales/business development experience.

 

Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
