Your Earning Potential

Compensation/Uncapped commissions
Earn between $45,000 - $100,000+ annually
Plus 10% 2nd- and 3rd-year commission and 5% annuity commission.
Tiered bi-weekly commission rates grow as your production increases.
Top performers earn $100,000+ through performance and relationship-based portfolio selling. Build and manage your own portfolio of clients.

What you’ll do

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the voice of BBB — connecting with businesses in our Texas territories to share the value of BBB Accreditation. You’ll make 100+ outbound calls daily, using a mix of leads from our extensive database, warm leads, self-sourced prospects, and inbound requests. Your goal? Build trust, communicate value, and close deals with integrity.
This is a high-volume, phone-based outbound sales role, not a passive customer-service position. You’ll navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, follow up consistently, and turn meaningful conversations into lasting relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated and goal-driven; motivated by performance-based earning opportunities
• Resilient and persistent; comfortable with rejection and high-volume outbound calling
• Strong phone presence, communication skills, and willingness to initiate conversations
• Active listening skills and ability to build rapport and handle objections
• Coachable, eager to learn, and comfortable using technology (CRM, Microsoft 365)
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and demonstrated commitment to meeting goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous B2B, inside sales, outbound calling, or business development experience
• Demonstrated success meeting goals in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other performance-driven roles
• Sales awards, top-performer recognition, or other measurable accomplishments
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus
