CEO Position
Installed as an employee of client company holding the position of CEO with an annual base salary of $140,000 to $175,000 based on experience.
Participation in the following programs would be included: 401(k), Employee Profit Sharing, CEO Incentive Program, health savings plan, dental, vision, health, life insurance and PTO.
Duties
General management of the company
Employee oversight including performance, recruiting, retaining, hiring and firing of staff
Working with the insurance department in all correspondence, relationships and activities such as Financial Exams, Market Conduct, MCAS filings, etc.
Continued progression of the company in technology matters
Processing of Payroll
Working with Reinsurance markets on securing reinsurance
Completing and obtaining necessary insurance products for the company such as Cyber, D&O, Fidelity Bonds, etc.
Oversight of agency relationships including the extension of agency contracts, contingency bonus, etc.
Working with vendors that are currently part of the Panhandle setup
Managing employee benefits and tracking of time
Evaluating and implementing potential new direction for the company
Working with auditors
Define and execute a clear business strategy
Identify risks and opportunities within your states insurance market.
