    Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – LTC

    Humansville, Missouri
    Long Term Care / LTAC Setting
    13-Week Travel Assignment
    Monday – Friday | 8-Hour Days (Flexible Schedule)
    40 Hours per Week

    Pay Package

    Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,561/week

    Position Overview

    Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment in Humansville, Missouri.

    The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care that helps patients improve daily function, mobility, and independence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

    • Assist patients with ADLs, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities

    • Implement treatment plans and therapy interventions

    • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT

    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques

    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment minutes

    • Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and discharge planning

    • Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

    Requirements

    • Active Missouri COTA License

    • Minimum 1 year of OTA/COTA experience required

    • Experience in LTC or SNF settings required

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Additional Details

    • No call requirements

    • No weekends required (unless making up time for holiday schedule)

    • Flexible daily schedule (must remain consistent and coordinated with leadership)

    • New grads considered with Level II clinical experience
