Overview Cook - The Deck (Seasonal)

As a cook, youll be responsible for preparing and cooking variety of dishes according to directive from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Prepares, seasons and garnishes all food in assigned area in accordance with established procedures.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Training in food preparation preferred.
  • Previous experience in similar environment.
  • Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Posted Salary Range USD $24.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
