Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a physical presence to enhance teamwork and ensure smooth operations.
- Facilitate client communications and coordinate meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks including finance, billing, document creation, and maintaining case files.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, ensuring compliance with court and firm standards.
- Track deadlines and court dates, assist with the discovery process and manage e-Discovery with vendors.
- Support client billing, manage calendars, schedule travel, and track expenses.
Proficiencies:
- Skilled in Intapp Time, Chrome River, and iManage.
- Expert in e-filing across State and Federal courts.
- Deep knowledge of court rules and legal document standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and document management systems.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years in a litigation support role.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Notary certification is a plus.
