Executive Assistant to CEO

A rapidly growing AI and robotics company is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is an opportunity to work closely with a visionary executive at a company building next-generation automation and intelligent systems technology.

The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, highly organized, and thrives in dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly. This role goes far beyond traditional calendar management — you’ll act as a strategic partner helping keep operations, communication, and priorities moving efficiently at the executive level.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling priorities, and high-level meetings
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, reservations, and executive events
  • Support recruiting coordination and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate information across CRM, ATS, and internal systems
  • Assist with operational and administrative projects across the business
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and force multiplier for the executive team
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, founders, or executives in fast-moving environments
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to communicate in an executive’s voice
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating with urgency, ambiguity, and changing priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, and ATS platforms
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco with occasional after-hours responsiveness

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $140,000–$180,000
  • Competitive equity package
