We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team and support our Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Finance. This person will report to an EA Manager and work closely with our EA team, the Finance team, and the broader leadership team at Carta.
Carta’s EA team is small and wears many hats. We work autonomously for our executives—handling scheduling, meeting preparation, travel, expenses, and projects—while also collaborating as a team on broader initiatives such as events, offsites, hiring, training, and best practices. We operate within a hybrid model, with team members based in offices across New York, Sandy, and San Francisco.
You are a roll-up-your-sleeves, “get in the weeds,” individual that has experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced startup environment. You are incredibly detail oriented,thoughtful, strategic, and proactive. You can block and tackle for your Executive and navigate ambiguity. You know how to find common ground with leadership and peers alike to build relationships. You are professional and eager to learn about the business, and collaborate with fellow EAs on impactful projects.
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$136,000.00 - $160,000.00 in San Francisco, CA
