What your future day will look like: - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Foundation programs and initiatives to support long?term mission growth.
- Support fundraising opportunities through donations, sponsorships, grants, and member engagement.
- Track Foundation activity, financials, records, and meeting documentation in collaboration with leadership.
- Serve as a visible ambassador for the Foundation, communicating impact to members, donors, and industry partners.
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and metrics that demonstrate outcomes, engagement, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with chapter staff to support organizational needs, major events, and cross?department initiatives.
- Take notes from the bi-monthly board meetings and format the recap from Teams

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, association management, or program coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and follow?through
- Proven ability to build relationships with donors, members, and community partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team?focused mindset
