What Were Looking For:

• Position: Full-time Grill Cook
• Shifts: Night shifts and weekends required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of grill cooking experience
• Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and level-headed under pressure
• Attitude: We pride ourselves on fostering a positive work environmentno room for poor attitudes here!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to our high standards, ensuring consistency and quality
• Operate the grill and maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in prep work and kitchen duties as needed
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
