High volume cooking experience in food service required.
Must be able to do basic mathematics including measurements.
Must be able to read a recipe and follow basic (delete the word basic) sanitation guidelines.
Must have the ability to lift 20 lbs, be able to stand for long periods of time, and perform repeated motions.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
At least 3 years cooking experience in food service.
Follow HACCP principles and maintain a clean and organized work area. Must be willing to participate in culinary training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.76-19.02 starting pay per hour with additional $1.00 after completion of culinary program.
