Pool HOA Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Pool HOA Administrative Assistant to support pool operations during the summer season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents in a relaxed environment and can consistently commit to weekends throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and ensure a welcoming pool environment
  • Check and verify resident IDs and/or key fobs for pool entry
  • Monitor access to ensure only authorized members use the facility
  • Maintain basic records/logs as needed
  • Communicate with HOA management regarding any issues or concerns
  • Help enforce pool rules in a professional and courteous manner
