Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Provide general administrative support across the office. Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and calendars. Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports. Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and record maintenance. Greet visitors and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Support special projects and additional administrative needs.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative, internship, or office experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
