Job Description
Freddie Crenshaw State Farm is seeking a motivated, experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing Chicago agency. 

We are looking for an insurance professional who takes ownership of customer relationships, delivers exceptional customer service, and proactively identifies opportunities to protect our customers. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an already-licensed professional who wants to build a long-term career with a successful State Farm agency. 


Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, policy changes, billing questions, and service requests.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to improve customer retention.
• identify opportunities to cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Schedule customer appointments and insurance reviews.
• Assist with renewals, cancellations, and policy retention. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities. 
• Meet established customer service and activity goals.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license REQUIRED. 
• Previous insurance agency or insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable making outbound calls and identifying sales opportunities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
