Grill Chef - Hawksmoor ChicagoWe're looking for a passionate Charcoal Grill Chef to join our Hawksmoor Chicago team. In this role, you'll be responsible for working with and managing the charcoal grill to prepare high-quality, perfectly grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables for our guests. You'llwork alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely, efficient food preparation while maintaining Hawksmoor's high standards of excellence in every dish.You'll be expected to handle knives, operate kitchen equipment, and prep ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
