Role Overview: As a Line Cook, you will:

• Prepare and cook Mediterranean and Japanese dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
  
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
  
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service during service periods
  
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  
• Contribute to menu development and suggest creative culinary ideas
  
• Monitor inventory and communicate with leadership regarding supply needs
