On occasion, you will be asked to reset and prepare tables, assists with unloading delivery trucks, clean cook stations, kitchen appliances, and machines. Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, pans, pots, mixers, stoves).
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Must submit to pre-employment drug testing and will then be subject to random screenings as per the US Coast Guard.
Clean assigned kitchen equipment, including but not limited to stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, worktables, prep sinks, ice makers, coffee machines, hoods and ventilation screens. The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and janitorial duties in areas dedicated to the production and consumption of food and beverage, including the kitchen, dining room, bistro, private dining room, serveries/pantries, and any other identified locations.
