About the Role:
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Sherwood, OR is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen crew! If you love the fast-paced energy of a restaurant kitchen and take pride in serving up delicious food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Red Robin's recipes, standards, and plating specifications
• Operate and maintain grill, fryer, sauté station, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution during high-volume service
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health codes
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and restocking stations as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
