As the first face visitors see and the first voice callers hear, you'll create a welcoming experience while ensuring the office operates efficiently every day. From managing supplies and coordinating vendors to supporting meetings and keeping the office organized, you'll play an important role in supporting our Corporate Team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and love creating order out of chaos, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and incoming phone calls.

  • Coordinate office maintenance and communicate with building management and outside vendors.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, catering, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with company meetings, employee events, celebrations, and team lunches.
  • Maintain clean, organized common areas and conference rooms.
  • Perform various administrative duties and provide support to departments and leadership as assigned.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds when organizing office supplies or preparing for meetings and events.
