Location: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
Pay: $23.20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 5 days/week (including weekends & holidays)

Join the British Airways First Class Lounge and be part of a team delivering a refined dining experience to international travelers. This is a great opportunity for experienced cooks who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and execution, and who are looking to grow in a more structured, professional kitchen setting.
 
In this role, you’ll prepare and present a variety of hot and cold menu items across multiple service periods, supporting both à la carte and buffet-style service. Success here comes down to strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to perform with consistency in a fast-paced environment.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for daily service.
  • Execute recipes and menu items with consistency, accuracy, and proper technique.
  • Support both buffet and à la carte service with attention to quality and presentation.
  • Perform food prep including cutting, trimming, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory, production planning, and proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to read and follow recipes independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced knife skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and operations.
  • Must be able to pass TSA background check and work in a secure airport environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Open availability for assigned schedule (including weekends & holidays).
