Must Have Skills

• 15 years of overall experience in IT project management
• Proven experience managing medium to large enterprise projects
• Strong experience in Agile Scrum and or Waterfall delivery models
• Experience working with onsite offshore teams
• Hands on experience with project planning tracking and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of SDLC release management and delivery governance

Secondary Nice To Have Skills NOT MANDATORY

• PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master certification
• Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise platform programs
• Exposure to cloudbased or largescale system implementations
• Experience in insurance BFSI or regulated domains
• Knowledge of financial tracking forecasting and contractSOW management
• Strong stakeholder management and client facing communication skills
• Good Presentation skills AI skills

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $ 150,000.00 to 160,000.00 per year
