Property Accountant Specialist
Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $25–$28/hour
Schedule: Fully in-office for the first 6 months; after 6 months, strong performers may work from home 1 day/week.

What You'll Do
- Provide daily accounting support to commercial tenants and onsite property teams across the portfolio
- Manage commercial tenant ledgers, including posting and reversing payments, creating and reversing charges, and resolving accounting issues
- Enter and maintain accurate tenant charges, including rent, CAM, and additional rent schedules in Entrata
- Coordinate monthly commercial tenant ACH payments with Property Accountants
- Communicate with tenants and internal teams to resolve questions and accounting discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of administrative, data analysis, or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and strong client/customer-facing skills
- Someone who is organized, prepared, and comfortable interacting with different people
- Property management experience is a plus, but not required
