What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence—you’re not managing from the office
  • Train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Drive key performance metrics including labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • Create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing in fast food, fast casual, or full-service restaurants
