What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence—you’re not managing from the office
- Train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
- Drive key performance metrics including labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
