This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position.
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores), including:
• Sales • Payroll recruiting • Training • Employee relations • Expense control • Shrink and all related functions
Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
