Your Tasks:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the DELO LLC President and Sales Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of presentations
  • Process and manage expense reports using SAP Concur; handle special projects as assigned
  • Plan, organize, and follow up on sales meetings, trade shows, seminars, and conferences
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming communications (phone, email, mail), delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration with international teams
  • Create, manage, and maintain documents and data using tools such as JiraConfluence, and other internal platforms
  • Monitor US regulatory compliance requirements and report findings to German headquarters
  • Manage vendor relationships and actively support process optimization initiatives in collaboration with HQ
     

Your Skills:

  • Located in or near the Greater Boston, MA area
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration or small office management
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance and streamline work processes
  • Strong business writing skills for correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working with international teams
  • Proven experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
