Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, this role is instrumental in scaling our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. The Sales Manager will own execution responsibility across the full sales cycle—from initial discovery through contract signing—enabling the team to manage a rapidly expanding pipeline of active opportunities. At Volt, we embrace AI‑powered tools across our practice, and we expect our sales professionals to actively leverage these capabilities to work smarter, qualify faster, and deliver a differentiated buying experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRun full discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and operational goals.Build and deliver tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central demos independently, demonstrating Volt's implementation approach and value proposition.Create professional proposals, statements of work, and contract documentation that accurately reflect scope and client requirements.Manage the complete deal cycle from initial outreach through signed contract, maintaining momentum and clear communication at every stage.Maintain and manage CRM records, pipeline reporting, and month‑end reporting processes to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility.Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation to accelerate prospecting, qualify opportunities more efficiently, and deliver a more personalized sales experience.Attend industry conferences and represent Volt Technologies to prospects and partners.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV/GP with BC transition experience) in a sales or pre‑sales capacity.Demonstrated ability to build and deliver Business Central product demos independently.Experience running full sales discovery sessions and qualifying ERP opportunities.Strong proposal writing and deal cycle management skills.Working knowledge of D365 Business Central licensing models and ERP implementation methodology.Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management.Excellent presentation and client‑facing communication skills.Preferred QualificationsIndustry experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Furniture, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products.Familiarity with ISV solutions in the D365 ecosystem (EDI, warehouse management, forecasting, document capture).Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered sales tools, Microsoft Copilot, or automation platforms used to enhance pipeline and engagement efficiency.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Why Volt?Volt Technologies takes the success of our customers personally.
