We are currently seeking a SBA Relationship Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.ResponsibilitiesOriginate and manage SBA loan relationships while maintaining a strong portfolioAssess borrower creditworthiness through financial analysis and due diligenceStructure, negotiate, and present loan packages for approvalEnsure compliance with SBA guidelines and internal policiesServe as primary client contact and cross-sell banking solutionsDevelop new business through COIs, brokers, and networkingMaintain accurate reporting and stay current on market and regulatory changesCollaborate internally and participate in community engagement and ongoing trainingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in SBA or commercial lendingStrong knowledge of SBA programs (7(a), 504) and related regulationsProven ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit riskExperience structuring and closing complex loan transactionsStrong business development and relationship management skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsLewis James Professional is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
