Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting

Astrana Health is a fast-growing, publicly traded healthcare company operating across three segments: Care Partners, Care Delivery, and Care Enablement. Our rapid growth - driven by organic expansion and an active acquisition strategy - means the accounting judgments that shape our financial statements are complex, high-stakes, and increasing in volume.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Technical Accounting team and support the research, documentation, and application of US GAAP across the company. You will play a hands-on role in preparing technical memos, supporting acquisition accounting, maintaining policy documentation, and ensuring our internal control environment keeps pace with our growth.
